The follow estimates show how a new bistate tax might be spent if
approved by Kansas City area voters.
I'm still trying to find the sections of the Kansas Constitution that justify these expenditures using Kansas tax dollars even if these expenditures were made in Johnson County, Kansas instead of Jackson County, Missouri. |
