Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius has abused her power to appoint members to the Kansas Supreme Court Nominating Commission by ONLY appointing Democrats to the body selecting Supreme Court nominees. Gov. Sebelius has only appointed Democrats to all four of the non-attorney members of this Commission.
