This address was used with the Jan 10, 2003 OAC report.  Earlier PAC reports were filed with the 7933 Foster, OP address.  In the January 2004 and July 2004 reports this was obfuscated a bit by changing JCRE's address to IBT's P.O. Box 2982, Shawnee Mission, KS.

A PAC report was first filed on July 26, 2004.  I'm a bit confused by this 501c(4) Kansas non-profit filing as a PAC. I thought a non-profit 501(c)4 corporation could be legally distinct from a PAC?
