Tribute to Rich Nadler: the “defiantly inappropriate Republican” (video)

Richard Nadler was a political activist, author, commentator, TV personality in the Kansas City area for the last twenty years.  Nadler unexpectedly died on May 30, 2009.
Jack Cashill gave a tribute to Nadler at the Olathe Republican Party picnic on June 27, 2009.  Cashill  described Nadler as the “defiantly inappropriate Republican.”

Kansas census estimate up, registered voters down over last three years

Yesterday, the U.S. Census Bureau released its latest population estimates for July 1, 2008.  USA Today shows this nice summary table of all the states.
Kansas shows a 4.2% increase in population from 2000-2008 with 113,318 new residents.  In just the last year Kansas added 24,752 new residents, which was a 0.9% growth rate and ranked [...]

Kansas Parochial School Sued for Requiring English, the Official Language of Kansas

On July 1, 2007 a new Kansas Law established English as the official language of the State of Kansas. In 2007 House Bill 2140 passed the House with 114 Yeas and 7 Nays, and the Senate with 32 Yeas and 8 Nays.
